Patient 24

Dr. Reish
A woman in her 20s, 3 months post-op rhinoplasty and septoplasty. This patient had septal deviation and deviation of her dorsal aesthetic lines with functional breathing obstruction. Rhinoplasty with dorsal hump reduction and spreader grafts were performed in order to straighten her nose and improve her breathing. The overall goal is a natural appearance of the nose.
