20-year-old female with a very large and prominent dorsal hump, deviation of the dorsum, and an over projecting, drooping tip. She wanted to address all these things as well as improve her breathing. Here she is seen only 4 months out from surgery and still with plenty of time before the final swelling resolves at over a year, but already the nose looks beautiful and fits her profile and face perfectly.
