Case-22581

Dr. Kilgo
The patient is an otherwise healthy 47-year-old woman who had undergone prior bilateral breast augmentation with saline implants by another surgeon. She developed worsening asymmetry over the past few years with “snoopy” deformities bilaterally, right worse than the left. She underwent removal of her saline breast implants and replacement with silicone implants (435cc) with bilateral mastopexy. The post-operative photos were taken approximately 6 months after her procedure.
