A woman in her 60s who underwent 400cc saline implant breast augmentation approximately 20 years ago. She requested downsizing of her implants and more uplifted breasts. She underwent removal of her saline implants, capsulorrhaphy, downsizing of her implants with bilateral mastopexies. The post-operative photographs were taken approximately 9 months after her procedure.
