Case-49402

Dr. Kilgo
A woman in her 40s who had undergone prior breast augmentation presents for removal and replacement of her implants. She complained that the breasts were too large and asymmetric. She also desired improvement in her abdominal and flank contour. She underwent removal of 600 cc implants and replacement with 305 cc silicone implants with bilateral mastopexy and abdominoplasty. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 18 months after her procedure.
